Personal Statement

I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, with expertise in computational methods, bioinformatics, and data science. My research has focused on predictive modeling, cancer, and stem cell informatics, contributing to systems biology and genomic analysis. I have utilized QSAR, Pharmacophore modeling, and Molecular Dynamics Simulations to accelerate drug discovery, and possess advanced skills in NGS, RNA-seq, Microarray, Sanger sequencing, and GWAS data analysis, all of which have enriched my research approach and expanded my technical skill set. For my PhD, I aim to advance bioinformatics and machine learning, using innovative techniques to explore complex biological systems. I look forward to collaborating with leading researchers to develop computational models that drive medical research forward. With my research experience and published work, I am fully prepared and excited to make significant contributions to the field.
